Dr. Varadarajan holds a Doctorate in Engineering (Control Systems) from IIT Kanpur. He has immense experience both in the manufacturing side of industry, managerial areas and has extensive experience in teaching and research. He has over 35 years of experience across various industries such as Manufacturing, Information Technology, Core Engineering and Education. After a successful stint in the manufacturing industry, he made a career transition to the education industry, to follow his passion. He is very passionate about teaching and has made a huge difference in the lives of the students he has taught over the years.
During his career span, he has worked with organisations such as Voltas Ltd, Eicher, SRF, American Universal and has taught in prestigious institutes such as IISc, Bangalore, Military Engineering college, Baghdad, Vemana Institute of Technology Bangalore and has recently retired as the Dean and Professor of the Electrical Sciences Department at Veltech University, Chennai.
He believes that education should be a pursuit of outcome-based knowledge and the practical applications of the gained knowledge. His immense knowledge, experience and vision of education makes him an ideal guide and advisor.
In his free time, he counsels high school and college students and teaches them outcome-based Mathematics and Physics. His hobby is to understand the workings of the stock market!
