Raghav, an accomplished banker with 25 years of proven leadership in financial services, across the end to end value chain from setting up greenfield teams, incubate ideas, mould rapid growth to drive large mature organizations with keen focus on results, operational excellence through innovation and transformation while nurturing talent. This across the key business areas of M&A, Advisory, Equity Capital Markets and Investment Research. Also led key functions of Analytics, Strategy, Client Relationship, Transformation, Transition and evolve design/structure at global levels across marque investment banks and large asset manager.
The last 10+ years of this has been as senior management, director on various management boards, Chair/member of executive, operating and steering committees, spearheading global multi-functional matrix organizations in a complex, multi-dimensional and evolving environment. Also held position as national council member of NASSCOM’s Global Inhouse Centre (GIC) and the chair of the Mumbai chapter, and actively involved into thought leadership to steer and influence challenges, strategic partnership and skill development.
Raghav is a chartered accountant and received his honours degree in business management and commerce from University of Delhi. He is an avid golfer and very active on prestigious corporate golf circuits.
